What is ezBE Assessment Tool?

ezBE Assessment Tool is a self-assessment tool that provides a quick assessment of business excellent practices of your firm/organisation. There are four aspects of evaluation which are categorized as Strategy & Leadership, Talent Management, Operational Excellence and Customer & Product Experience.

Who can benefit from using the ezBE Assessment Tool ?

Firms/Organisations who are keen to assess their business excellent practices that enable them to move up the value chain and ensure sustainability through the adoption of excellent practices. 

How to use ezBE Assessment Tool?

It's easy.  Just answer the 22 questions spontaneously. At the end of the session, ezBE Assessment Tool will display the result.  Each segment; Strategy & Leadership, Talent Management, Operational Excellence, and Customer & Product Experience will display a colour, which is either Green, Yellow and Red.

	Opportunities for improvement

A bar chart graph will also be displayed to illustrate your firm's/organisation's score based on sub-categories.  The ezBE Assessment Tool will also suggest further action that you may want to consider.

Finally, ezBE Assessment Tool will ask  whether an e-certificate is required? If yes, please provide your firm's/organisation's name and SSM number. As an alternative, your IC number can be used instead of SSM number. You can later retrieve your result by fill up your registered email and SSM/IC number.
